It may be some myofacia stuff going on. It's definitely not pulling the nerve. The nerve that goes through the thoracic outlet goes down your arm- not into your leg. So it's either a coincidence or the myofacia but in order for it to be that you'd need to be very, very stiff. Myofacia doesn't really "lend" slack, it balls up and causes stiffness and pain. I hope you are getting better though!
