I was about to say something similar Jim. I've seen very similar posts to this on other sites, and the name Natasha has come up before on them. I suspect that this is indeed sales talk, and I think it's a terrible thing to raise people's hopes of treatment when there is no reality behind the post.

Sorry, it's just that I get angry about people targeting sufferers of something as horrible as this just to sell something using such tactics.
