You are very lucky to have been given such a good prescription. Of course, as mrsd wrote, it does not have the other vitamins. And it is much more expensive. But at least it has some very important vitamins in their really fine forms! Darn good product! And, like mrsd said, you can fill in the gaps.

I would get high quality vitamins that are non-prescription, save money, get as good a vitamin, and get a more complete set. But that's me, not necessarily you.

As anyone who has been watching the news about pharmaceuticals knows, just because it is a pharmaceutical doesn't mean it's better, more expensive yes, but frequently not better.
