Hi, today is the 10th of May. We 5 miles from Gettysburg, PA. The camp is beautiful, there are trees everywhere, vines of all shapes and sizes. This morning I walk Boo around the camp, we saw afield mouse scamper across the road, Boo loved that, she is a talker and I understand what she is saying. Of course, before she could jump out of my arms, one of the many variety of birds caught her eye.

Today it is going to be hot, for this area, around 80 to 85 degrees. I will be walking through town, so this high temp gives me the excuse to stop in and see some of the sights.

I look around here in camp and think about the men who fought at these hallowed grounds, it is so full of history, it makes my mind spin trying to keep up. We could be camping on a spot where someone hide from the enemy, camped with his buddies, or even die fighting for what he believed in. It is truly and honor to walk in the same footsteps as our forefathers. This is one of those place in our country, where we all need to spend some time. I promise, short of not getting a signal, I will write tonight. I know I will have much more to tell. Till then have a great day!

Love Tracy
