Mouse,

Is it causing nausea or acid reflux ?

I get nausea from paroxetine (an SSRI). It was more of a problem early on.

Ask your pharmacist if it is a side-effect.

Maybe a transition off the SNRI onto L-Tryptophan with some L-Tyrosine may do the trick.
