I would try the magnesium lotion, now available at WalMart for $5.98! Morton's brand Epsom lotion. The price of it is 1/2 of the CVS that was discontinued, and it is working well for me.

If you are having some vasoconstrictive issue, affecting only some of your feet, a topical will penetrate better than oral. I think the lotion is better than the soaking in epsom salts. This lotion seems to drive the magnesium into the tissues better and faster, and has a longer duration of action. 8oz for $5.98 is not much of a burden financially also.

My WalMart had this lotion already, in the first aid section.

I apply it only to the top of the feet and my arches and up the ankle a bit. Mostly my left foot seems to need it more.
