In India they call methylB12 mecobalamin. We've had people post here that their doctors give it to them orally there. India has
a huge problem with low B12.
Ask a chemist in your area of Italy, if only RX is available there from doctors. There are people in UK who import it from iherb, and they are in the European Union as well.
