Question

Another thing to look at... is wine. Are you drinking alot of wine?

Wine contains yeast, and the congeners of fermentation, which are aldehydes for the most part. This can cause tingling and other symptoms depending on how much you drink. Vit B1 helps with removal of alcohol and aldehydes.

I'd go wine free for a while..and see what happens. I would expect someone from Italy to be drinking wine. If you are not, then this is obviously not a factor for you.
