I have the same problems in the morning with my hands-thought it was just me! I don't know how many glasses I have dropped in the morning-

Jake-getting out of bed is the worst time for my feet. Don't really have an explanation for it and I "shuffle" around for about 10 min to start. Have had this going on for over 10 years.
