I am 5 foot 11 inches tall, and weigh around 270lbs. I would like to lose 80 pounds and get back down to 190, which I was that back in March 2008. I was thinking about going on a water/juice fast, and wondered if anyone had any recommendations on how to do one, how long to do it, what results to expect, etc...I am 24 years old, and was recently dxed with relapsing-remitting multiple scelerosis on April 4th, and just trying to take one day at a time. One thing I need do is lose this gut that I have so I need your help! Thanks.
