The disease is completely unknown as to what it is going to do. The dr. Said after my emg that I had sensory nerve damage dissipated throughout my body and at my age that was extremely rare and not good. He said the only thing to do is treat symptoms as they come on. Likely be in braces. With the disease being so unknown I am actually quite calm about it. I think God walked me through enough unknowns in the past to prepare me for this. The massive cramps and random leg burnings are not pleasant. The autonomic has affected my heart and my stomach so far. Gd also blessed me with a wonderful supportive husband. I hope to meet others on here to talk with as it is hard to explain the random pain that can bring you to tears to someone who doesnt have it. I also get massive back pain occasionally that takes my breathe away.
