I Am a MESS!
First let me start out by saying my sleep is not doing well since I have to wear Temp guard in my mouth for jaw when I sleep...I feel bad for my TBI specialist that I do vestibular therapy and PT with is having to go threw this with me. It is like I progress in one area and then another area starts acting up, because I have so many issues going on with my body.
For instance last week my jaw was acting up, this week my neck, next week it will probably be my feet I don't know.It seems to be cause and affect on my body.We are doing everything slowly and I do everything at home, I am still lite jogging & walking 2 times a week at home. This does help me but once I focus on one area for instance I have been doing exercises on my lower back that is helping but now my neck is acting up!
I think I am stressing her out and I know it is her job and I have NO control over this body.I declined the epidural steroid shot in my lower back to do PT instead.I really am trying to steer clear of anymore steroids in that area because made worse with cortisone. We both agreed to physical therapy.Well the lower back is feeling better now here comes the neck again because the cortisone shot is wearing off!I guess I will find out today what we are going to do about this neck.
