I need an upper tooth extracted(it has root canal that wasn't done well),and my tooth roots(tooth that needs to be removed) are in the sinus cavity.tooth roots can grow well into the sinus, and this can create a real problem that is difficult to treat. tooth can't be removed easy, bc then it will create bad sinus infections for me for the rest of my life. I am so waiting for oral surgeon to call me and tell me what h decided to do. I NEED PRAYERS. And I AM VERY SCARED. If oral surgeon will be the one taking care of it ...how will everything go? will they put me under? what the cost $$$?..... please please let me know. I will be waiting. thank you
