If you don't mind me asking, how much are you taking?? I am on a half grain, split into twice a day, of the nature throid. I feel like I need to up my does. My numbers were all within normal ranges but it's been 4 months or more since I did blood work.

Im thinking about checking it again but I know it will be a battle to get my dr to up my dosage.
