I was always taught by my Dad,that if you want something bad enough,then nothing is impossible.All you have to do is put your mind to it,you can do anything,and make it happen. It may not be easy,but if you really want it,you'll get through those tough parts. And he was right. Even if it takes some longer than others,it can still be done.Diet pills,at least most of them are actually bad for your health.One way to make it easier,and more fun,is to find a walking partner,a friend that will go on your walks with you.Then you get to talking and end up forgetting how far you've walked,and it ends up getting easier and easier each time.
