Did you have a link for the self help tips? I see the article at

But I haven't gotten good results with the search box on the site or even via google to find the Self Help Treatment.
Also, if I went to see him, I would be traveling out of town as well. Can you share how many days you were there and how many hours per day your were treated? I'm just trying to get a general idea.
