There is a new magnesium lotion at WalMart... It is a reincarnation of a CVS product called Epsom Lotion.
It is $5.98 for 8oz and unscented.
It is called Morton Epsom lotion and is in the first aid area.

You rub it into your skin...I use areas where veins are near the surface or on muscles that are cramping... whatever. One application at night about a quarter coin's diameter will relax you, and help you sleep. Many of us on PN are using it now. It will also relieve pain, if you have foot or hand pain, or knee pain, etc.
This newer version penetrates much better, leaves no residue on the skin and is unscented and unbelieveably low priced. Give it a try...you will surprised.
