Chronic vertigo can be a sign of low B12. If you close you eyes and cannot remain upright...that is Romberg's sign.

I suggest you get a B12 test and make sure it is over 400pg/ml....lab ranges in US still go down to 200 and that is very low we know now. (for over a decade).
