Thanks for the nudge! I’ve been meaning to sign up for a Tai Chi class.
I’m a believer in exercise and my daily walking routine proves to me that it is beneficial. On those few occasional days that I don’t walk my body is much slower and more rigid.
Hubster and I just came in for lunch after a 3 mile brisk walk followed by weeding the front garden. I’m tired, but I feel great!
