Default Fast weight loss

If it does, it will just be fluids. They are the first to go, and as soon as you stop your body will adjust back to its former levels, so what is the point?
You may also begin to lose muscle mass, which is not what you want either.
If your regular diet is already poor, you well be malnourished, so stopping essential vitamins, minerals and protein and some carbs will make you less healthy.
Remember, the time tested and proven method to healthy weight loss and overall bodily health is to eat a well-balanced, nutrient-dense diet and to partake in regular exercise, and that’s all there is to it!

Cut out soft drinks, alcohol, processed foods, cakes, breads etc. Really cut back on sugar and highly processed carbs. Ensure every meal is nutritious. Hard to do but it's the best way to go.
Don't expect to achieve 100% healthy eating, but aim for 80%.

If you watch any of the TV weight loss shows follow-ups, it is usual to find the dramatic weight loss has been put back, plus a bit more.
If you play around with your metabolism too much, you wreck it, and the body is hard to retrain then.
