Yeah I understood a little about what you just said lol. I'm 24 years old newly DXed with MS, I weigh 272 at 5 foot 11, and I need to lose a lot of weight. It's just I don't know where to start, and its so much stress to learn, because I'm learning how this MS stuff works also. So I really don't have a good guide to show me how to eat healthy or what not
