Chamomile tea!!!!
I am about 9 months PCS, largely recovered. started recovering about 6 months pcs.
I have a little tip that has helped, and continues to help me.
I was drinking a lot of coffee nine months ago, and cut that out as it tampered with my mood, my brain couldn't handle the coffee hit basically, then i started on the green teas! This relaxed my mood, and it tasted great! but then i started to even notice too much of a kick from green tea so I moved on to CHAMOMILE TEA! IT IS GREAT!
Chamomile tea helps with relaxation, and relaxed muscles. It is also a great help for anxiety! which alot of us suffer with.

Check out that article. I drink about 3 cups a day, 1 in the morning, 1 after lunch and 1 before bed, which helps with sleep.
