Default epsom salts

My Dr. recommends a bath with 2 cups of epsom salts. I like to add essential oils. They have essential oils to help relax and also peppermint is good in the morning to help wake you up. But add it to an oil first as it may burn if you have very sensitive skin. Just a few drops in a few tablespoons of oil. Almond oil is good, you can get it almost anywhere. Be sure the essential oil is pure. If you are blessed to be able to shower, you can put a few drops in the tub and the hot water will fill the room with the essents of your oil of choice.
