My stress levels are much better compared to before and yes I do realize I was taking a wrong approach diet wise before and am now on the ketogenic diet.

After doing some research about B6, you do have to watch how much you have to take.

Strangely enough I have been feeling better which I will write about in another post.

As I have said, there is no quick fix. Your brain needs to stabilize with good base nutrition including normal fats (not boiled chicken where the fats are boiled away). Notice the recent thread with the pdf presentation of nutrition for TBI included red meat.
