Poll I know how to make the buzzing in your ear gone

Hi members, i visited this page when I first got my 'buzz' around 4 months ago. Everyone assured me that I should "freak out" on other forums/sites, so I did. Not until I met this ear doctor. He told me that it was okay and I could cure myself by doing a simple thing (did not require money, did not require medicine, it 'just' took time and willingness to get better)

: I had to work out at least 3 times in a week! for at least 3 months.

I had never worked out for 4 years in my life, and this good doctors suggestion surprised me. I thought there's no way it could work! But instead of being pessimistic, I chose to really do it. I got a new fancy bike, and I was doing it with all my heart. Everyday after work I cycled my bike off, sometimes 4-6 days/week for approx 30 mins to an hour. a month later, puff the buzzing just never showed up anymore. i tried stopping cycling for a month (habit!) so the buzzing returned once afterthat. So now I am cycling once or twice a week and I am very okay

Please dont be sad for anyone who is having it. Exercising helps, always

Enjoy trying.
