You need to find a WORKERS COMP ATTORNEY and fight this! You are not being treated fairly!!! These insurance companies do this to people all the time because they get away with it!! People don't know what to do!!! So talk to your insurance company about getting an ATTORNEY for your case!!! You have the RIGHT to fight this!! They do NOT have the right to cheat you!!! And that's exactly what they're trying to do.

You shouldn't have to pay for an attorney on your own, but you just might have to. I'm not sure how this works. It would seem that the insurance company should have to provide you one to fight your case. Talk to them about this.
