Lesions are a part of this disease. Increasing or decreasing of lesions on MRIs is quite normal when having MS. What course of action is up to you and your neuro.
Other than the Disease Modifying Drugs, steroids, symptom management medications, exercise and healthy eating not much else can be done for MS or lesions.
You can have an increase/decrease of lesions with or without the Disease Modifying Drugs. There are no guarantees with this disease.
