There is methenamine --but it is controversial...since it is converted to formaldehyde in acidic urine.... and this is carcinogenic. However, it has been on the market for over 30 yrs.
Mandelamine and Urex are two names of it.

I have no personal experience with it.

Do you have your urine cultured to see if it is really infected?
