Doydie, I'm sorry you're feeling so poopy. Not Fair.

It could be the change in weather. Sometimes that plays havoc with my MS weary body. I like the cool weather. I just wish it would get here and stay. It's the changing back and forth that sucks.

I stopped taking Melatonin yrs ago, when the unsurity of taking it with MS, hit the fans. It was helping me sleep better. LDN and taking my paxil at night helps. Most times I sleep like a baby.

I hope you find a happy balance soon.
