Hey firegirl! Sorry to hear that Medicare will not cover this for you. Try calling around to different pharmacies. Like I said in my previous post, I did not get mine filled at a compounding pharmacy. Mine was filled at a drug store that happened to have a great pharmacist that compounds. Mine was covered by insurance as a higher tier drug, but it would have cost much more at a compounding pharmacy because some do not accept all insurance or are not considered "participating pharmacies" in the insurance company's network.

Check around and you might be surprised.
