I was the one who posted about the "aches and pains" bath oil.

I would list the ingredients here, but it's way too long. There are no epsom salts in it, though. All sorts of herbs and vitamins, but no epsom salts. A few of them are eucalyptus, wintergreen, aloe, comfrey and witch hazel.

Epsom salts may seem cheaper to most of you, but I don't find that to be the case at all. You need at least two cups, depending on the size of your bathtub. And you HAVE to know the size of your tub... otherwise, epsom salts do no good. The ratio of water to salts must be right on target. With this bath oil, you only use 1/3 cup.

But hey, it was only a suggestion, lol. I have tried them all, and this is the one I like.
