Dear Martha,

My hands and feet are always cold. At times it could be 75% and I am freezing cold.

My heart races. My pulse is aroud 110 just sitting down. My blood pressure is normal. My MD has put me on Valium right now for the mean time.

My pain levels are down though to a 3-4. So hip hip array for that anyway. Big Hugs, Roz xxx
