I really feel for you. I feel the heat terribly, and I don't perspire - I just go red in the face and cook from the inside out. When it gets too bad, and I have no access to air-conditioning, sometimes spraying myself with water and sitting in front of a normal fan helps me heaps.
Anything that reduces your core temperature will help you to regain neurological function.
I am so sorry - I know what it's like to turn to jelly and have your brain turn to fog and marshmallow cream when the heat is on.
