Cost is one reason why I explore self help sections in libraries & online first.
Plus trying things at home will give you an idea if it might be better to follow up with a professional, or if it is something to just add into you own home program, or if it does nothing for you.
His books have very low key passive self help corrections. I think their website used to have more of the self help info, but it has changed content.
