His books have very low key passive self help corrections. I think their website used to have more of the self help info, but it has changed content.

I appreciate this approach, but I've also learned unique things from having 3rd party, objective experts examine me. Whether it was Paul Methot, Joyce Wilkinson, Art Ando or Nathen Horst, I've always learned new things about my body and/or treatments from in-person appointments.
