I stumbled around for quite awhile with drs & PTs thinking mine was only multiple RSI's, so I did many searches only on RSIs, tendinitis & tendinosis , until a sorehand poster mentioned TOS & the sx of it.

Then I had a whole new thing , plus all the overlapping conditions to search on and sort out..
Then I found the TOS forums and it all began to fit.

I did luck out with some pretty good PTs early on, for the most part , and then the really good chiropractor. So that is probably why self care has worked for me. I was able to quit my job that was causing the injuries, so that alone is a big help.
