My daily regimen is:
2.4 gr of fish oil (I'll be increasing that amount soon)
750 mg acetyl-l-carnitine
250 mg alpha-lipoic acid
20 mg Coq10
1 pill of a high strength multivitamin (i use GNC mega-men but there are plenty of choices)
Besides that i try to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables (specially spinach) A good vegetable diet is more important than a high power multivitamin supplement. I hope it helps!
