Good grief -- You have to stay on this for 3 months? That's a bit long to wait for an increase.

I'm sorry you have to wait so long. If the pain becomes too much for you, I'd call the doctor and TELL him. Don't SUFFER -- there's no need for it! If it gets too bad, let the doctor KNOW, okay??? He's working for YOU, not the opposite. LOL
