I know occasionally I get where I haven't "gone" in 2-3 days, and that's when I use a Dulcolax (sp) suppository. It's gentle, works fast, and I get relief quickly. I don't have to use them often, thankfully but when I do I sure get results!

Perhaps they'd work well for you too. I know we should be able to go naturally, but darn it there are just times when that doesn't work! These darn meds screw things up! It doesn't seem to matter WHAT I eat -- my body just "clams up." LOL
