I've never heard of that - that is a GREAT idea! I have the complication of CFS thrown in, and I have to be so careful to not over-extend. I've found that the only thing that I can do is sit on this bouncy-ball and gently bounce for 5 minutes (and perhaps that will be a helpful thing for you, too, tkayewade - I bet it helps with balance just a bit). I can do it because I'm sitting down. But exercises in bed sounds like a great idea. I'll have to google that.
