What do you mean it increases inhibitory nerve balance? And will it really wear off over time? I will be purchasing my second bottle of it. But it's very expensive
So do you think I should continue it ? I need somehting for anxiety and stress and sleep quality and was recommended L-Tryptophan but my Chiropractic Neurogloist suggests I hold off on it and continue with the Kavinance.
