Finally not all melatonin supplements are the same. It's important to keep in mind that these kinds of supplements are not regulated so the variation in brand names can be significant. Thank you, not all supplements are the same. And not regulated, the same, either.

Melatonin, I do not feel, would work for me. Full blown insomnia.
