are you on a PPI? if so you may not be breaking down the protein you eat well enough to digest. did you have abd trauma concurrent with or after the TBI?
I am wondering if you are producing adequate enzymes to digest the protein. you can get digestive enzymes at the health food store. But it would seem a gastro w/u is in order. good luck
