Great minds run in the same channel Eddie, I was just thinking
today that we need to bring this thread up.

I am still doing my twice per day. PT & OT, learned in the hospital
rehab. I'm too scared of losing it again, like I did. I'll keep
doing it as long as I'm able and beyond. It does work..

Are y'all using it or losing it..
