Default Need answers and help

Hi, Im Bethany and I have suffered from MS/peripheral neuropathy symptoms for the past 4 years. symptoms mostly right sided. sarted with problems swallowing, like something in throat at 19 yrs old, then leg and foot numbness, arm and hand numbness, 24/7 dizziness (drunk feeling) blurry vision, all ear symptoms: ringing, popping everytime I swallow, loss of hearing a bit on that side, and fatigue all the time. been to ents, neuro. had mri on head only and said I didnt have MS. But i read it can be on spine as well which when I mentioned it to him was like I disagree with that and just diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy. But I dont have just feet or arm symptoms like most people ive read that have this have..Its a whole side of my body down to that side of my tongue. Its not completely numb thank God, but numb enough. My balance is so off bc of the dizziness and numb leg. Im at a loss and really want some help! been on valium for 4 yrs with this. doesnt help. my symptoms are non stop. always there. horrible and I pray all the time that I'll find help. Ive been trying to eat more veggies and stay away from gluten. I take B12 1200 but I agree with what someone else said ab it...it does make me feel more dizzy whe I take it..so I dont know if I should cut my dosage in half or what. Im going to start vit D, but have to get blood test first to see what dosage I need. If anyone has the same symptoms or close to me, please let me know. I have not come across a person with the exact symptoms as mine. And for them all to be 24/7. not a second without the awful dizziness. thats the worst part. any tips would be appreciated. *edit* if anyone can relate.
