Hi Linmarie! Welcome aboard. I too have RSD in started after my Carpal tunnal surgery (I was dig. last month) I have icey cold hands fingers, swollen hands, fingers, wrist. the RSD has now spread to my shoulder.. ugh!! anyway, can you ask about wearing diabetic hose(socks) for the sypmtons you described??
