Default Is there any medication for reactive hypoglycemia?

Hey everyone,

About a year or so ago I started to get huge sleepiness spells from eating. Not the kind that most people get from a high carb meal, but one that basically knocks me out. I've also had a big problem with my blood sugar dropping drastically anytime I try to work-out, even though I work-out on a regular basis. Luckily I've started taking glucose tablets with me to the gym and that seems to fix the problem.

It's really hard though to keep myself in top shape and not eat a lot of food. I'm told there's medication for diabetics, but not for people with my condition. Is that true? I just want to be able to get enough calories in throughout the day and not feel sluggish and foggy.
