A couple of thoughts.
I understand your frustration, and I'm sure it seems like forever, but 12 weeks is not all that long in recovering from a brain injury.
I'd suggest that blaming yourself is not productive. You fell on some ice. I walked in front of a moving train. As we go through life stuff happens. The important thing now is how to best recover and move forward.
The more you can tell us about yourself the better NT members will be able to help with advice and experience. Additionally, there are brain injury resources in most states.

Hopefully your new neurologist will have additional ideas for you in regards to therpies that can help resolve your symptoms.
