So aorry to hear you are having trouble. Ususally when the mechcanics of the lumber are corrected, that type of pain you describe doesn't happen. Hurt to the touch? Sounds a bit different. I would definately get in touch with a good neurologist, and get a second opinion OK? Ask the one who did your surgery, but seek an outside doctor, different from his practice. I do hope that some resolution can be found. ginnie
