It is used for a variety of so called facial-cranial issues. The application to concussions is not directed at facial-cranial deformities from the concussion specifically. Problems from aggressive orthodontic treatment is just a common reason for NCR.
There is no way anybody can tell you that it will or won't make a difference with PCS.
It can be an expensive shot in the dark. If the money is not a strain, who can say.
